§ 112.40 TRANSFERABILITY; PRIVILEGE ONLY.
   A retail liquor dealer's license shall be purely a personal privilege, good for one year after issuance, unless sooner revoked as provided in this subchapter. A license shall not constitute property nor shall it be subject to attachment, garnishment, or execution. A license shall not be alienable or transferable, voluntarily or involuntarily, nor shall it be subject to encumbrance or hypothecation.
