The President shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all licenses issued by him pursuant to this chapter and shall furnish the Clerk, Treasurer, and Chief of Police with a copy. On the issuance of any new license or the revocation of any old license, the President shall give written notice of the action to each of the officers within 48 hours of the action.
