§ 112.35 LICENSES IN ANNEXED TERRITORY.
   Upon the annexation of any territory to the village, any person or entity that, prior to the annexation, owned or operated any business or enterprise engaged in the retail sale of any alcoholic beverages from any premises within such territory shall immediately become fully subject to the provisions of all ordinances of the village concerning alcoholic liquor, and any such person or entity that desires to continue engaging in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages from such premises subsequent to the annexation in question shall first be required to apply for and receive a license therefor from the village.
