All licenses or permits issued under any ordinance of the Board of Trustees shall be subject to the ordinances and regulations which may be in force at the time of issuing thereof or which may be subsequently enacted by the Board of Trustees. If any person so licensed shall violate any of the provisions thereof, he shall be subject, on conviction, for any fine or penalty imposed thereby and his license shall be subject to revocation as provided for in this chapter unless otherwise specifically provided for in the separate chapters under this title.
