§ 93.61 HEIGHT OF GRASS AND WEEDS LIMITED.
   It is unlawful for any owner or occupant to permit any weeds, grass, plants or vegetation of any kind (excluding trees, shrubs, or intentionally cultivated and maintained flower, vegetable or ornamental gardens) to grow to a height exceeding 6 inches upon any lot owned or occupied by them or upon the public parkway immediately adjacent to said lot. Any such weeds, grasses or other vegetation in excess of such height are hereby declared to be a nuisance.
