§ 93.60 WEEDS PROHIBITED.
   Any weeds such as jimson, burdock, ragweed, thistle, cocklebur, or other weeds, plants, or rank vegetation of like kind, growing in any lot or tract of land within the village are declared a nuisance. It is unlawful for any owner or occupant to permit such weeds, plants, or vegetation to grow or remain upon their lot owned or occupied by them or upon the public parkway immediately adjacent to said lot.
