§ 93.45 UNREASONABLE OPERATION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No internal combustion engine may be operated by any person, firm, partnership, or corporation outside of any residential dwelling unit located within the corporate limits of the village for either an unreasonable length of time or at an unreasonable hour of the day or night.
   (B)   Unreasonableness shall be defined as a period of operation of an internal combustion engine exceeding 1/2 hour in length. This subchapter shall not be avoided by the act of shutting off the internal combustion engine within the confines of a 1/2 hour period and the restarting of the engine within another 1/2 hour period during the same six hour period of any day.
