§ 93.12 USE OF TOWELS IN PUBLIC LAVATORY OR WASHROOM.

No person, owning or in charge or in control of any public lavatory or washroom shall maintain in or about the lavatory or washroom any towel for common use. The term "common use" as used in this section shall be construed for use by more than one person.
