§ 93.02 UNLAWFUL TO SUFFER OR MAINTAIN A NUISANCE.

(A) Any person who allows, suffers, maintains, or permits a public nuisance as defined herein shall be in violation of this subchapter and on conviction shall be subject to the penalties contained in § 93.99(A).

(B) For the purpose of this subchapter, a person shall be defined as any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or association.
