§ 90.25 ANIMALS DISTURBING NEIGHBORHOOD.
   It is unlawful for any person who owns or has custody of any animal to permit or allow the animal to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by barking, howling, or making any other loud or unusual noises or by running through or across cultivated gardens or fields.
