§ 81.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who shall violate §§ 81.02 through 81.15 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100 and not more than $750 for each offense.

   (B)   Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of § 81.20 is guilty of a petty offense, consistent with ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 4-214, as amended:

      (1)   Shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $750; and

      (2)   Shall be required by the court to make a disposition of the abandoned or unclaimed vehicle.
