§ 152.01 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   All of the present subdivision regulations are repealed, and the subdivision ordinance is amended to read as shown on the attached proposed subdivision ordinance marked Exhibit A on the ordinance from which this section is derived, as recommended by the County Planning Commission.
   (B)   The subdivision ordinance, Exhibit A attached to the ordinance from which this section is derived, is hereby adopted by the village.
