§ 93.12 LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the village limits any horses, mules, sheep, cows, goats, swine, or any other livestock.
   (B)   Further, the running at large, or herding of, the picketing, lariating, tying, or securing by a rope or otherwise of horses, mules, sheep, goats, hogs, or cattle upon the streets, avenues, alleys, parks, or public or private grounds within the village limits are hereby prohibited and declared to be a nuisance.
