§ 91.99 PENALTY.
    (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.22, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to be have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
      (2)   In the event the owner or occupant of said premises in § 91.21 fail to correct or eliminate said nuisance pursuant to the notice to correct delivered by the Village Clerk or other authorized person, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $100. Each day’s violation after the expiration of the 15 days’ notice shall be a separate offense.
