The electric curtailment rules for the municipal electric utility of the town shall be as set forth in the document known as the “Emergency Energy Control Program”, as formulated by the Public Service Commission of the state, the same being the curtailment plan of the supplier of electrical energy to the municipal electric utility, and consisting of four steps which provide for the curtailment of electrical usage. Upon notification to the town’s municipal electric utility that the supplier is implementing each of said steps, the town’s electric utility will also immediately thereafter implement said steps.
