§ 36.20 APPOINTMENT OF RESERVE DEPUTIES; NUMBER.
   (A)   The Town Council now and hereby authorizes the Town Marshal to appoint 12 Reserve Deputy Town Marshals to serve under the direction of the Town Marshal.
   (B)   The Town Marshal is authorized to designate the individuals who are to serve as such officers, and the Town Marshal shall inform the Clerk-Treasurer as to the names of such appointees.
