§ 36.01 CREATION; POWERS.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Town Economic Development Commission, which said Commission shall be the Department of Economic Development of the town.
   (B)   This Commission shall have three members, all to be appointed in the manner provided in the following section. The Town Economic Development Commission is hereby granted all of the powers and duties set out in I.C. 36-7-12.
   (C)   The Commission shall adopt such by-laws and regulations as it may deem necessary for the proper conduct of its proceedings.
