For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE CONCESSIONS. Self-contained, mobile food and beverage services licensed to do business in the State of Indiana and holding all requisite health department business and resale licensures to sell food and beverages in Indiana. This term shall not include food delivery services that deliver food or beverages ordered by a purchaser to a specific address provided by the purchaser.
