(A) Creation. Pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-11, there is hereby created a Cash Reserve Fund for the town’s electric light and water utility.

(B) Transfers to Cash Reserve Fund; use. There shall be transferred to said Cash Reserve Fund, out of any surplus cash earnings of the utility in amounts not to exceed the limits set forth in I.C. 8-1.5-3-11, as determined by the governing body of the utility, to be available for the use of the General Fund of the town and for such other purposes as are permitted by statute.
