§ 154.04 IDENTIFICATION.
   Wherever the word “town” appears in this chapter, it shall be deemed to refer to the Town of Rockville, Indiana; the word “Commission” refers to the Rockville Plan Commission; “Board” refers to the Rockville Board of Zoning Appeals; the word “Council” refers to the Rockville Town Council; the word “District” refers to an area of the town for which this chapter has established uniform regulations governing the use, height, area, size and intensity of use of buildings and land and open spaces about buildings; the words “zone map” refer to the map entitled the “Rockville, Indiana Proposed Zone Map,” dated 1995 and recorded at __________________, any amendments made thereto or any replacement thereof; the words “Master Plan” refers to the plan for town’s development adopted in 1970, any amendments made thereto or any replacement thereof, which serves as the town’s “comprehensive plan” in satisfaction of the requirements of I.C. 36-7-4.
