§ 152.47 RECOVERY OF COSTS, FEES.
   In the event the town is required to bring any action in a court of law to enforce any order of the Unsafe Building Committee or any violation of the Unsafe Building Code, the town shall be entitled to recover costs, attorney’s fees and expenses from the property owner.
