(A) Generally. Permit fees for swimming pools shall be as follows: above-ground swimming pools: flat fee of $25. In-ground pools: for a valuation of $0 to $1,000: $25. For each additional $1,000 valuation or portion thereof: $7.
(B) Water. Permit fees for water shall be as follows: construction water (four months or less): $70. Construction water (each additional month to date of occupancy permit): $28. Water tap, any size: $1,000. Automatic fire sprinkling system: $500, plus $1 per head.
