The entire reinspection fee of $40 per reinspection shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. The permit fee, and the balance of the electrical and plumbing inspection fees, shall be used to offset the administration expenses incurred by the town in issuing the permit, and to provide for other miscellaneous expenses of the Building Department, including salaries of the Building Commissioner, office help and for adequate space. All such fees shall be paid out upon sworn statements or claims filed with the Town Council, as other claims against said town are paid. In the event the Building Commissioner or Building Inspector performs the plumbing inspection, the entire plumbing permit fee shall be payable to the town to cover a portion of the salary of the Building Commissioner.
