(A) For each place of business operating or keeping a billiard table or pool table, a bowling lane, a pinball or electronic game machine, or operating a skating rink or theater, an annual license fee shall be paid in advance as follows:
(1) For billiard or pool tables: $30 for the first table, $15 for a second table, and $7.50 for each additional table;
(2) For each bowling lane: $15;
(3) For each skating rink: $22.50;
(4) For a theater: $52.50; and
(5) For pinball or electronic game machines, $30 for the first machine and $15 for each additional machine.
(B) The fees shall be nonrefundable.
