§ 111.22 NEEDLES.
   The tattoo artist or body piercer shall only use single-use needles that are individually packaged and sterilized prior to use. Contaminated needles shall be discarded in sharps containers immediately after use and shall not be bent or broken or otherwise manipulated by hand.
