The town, by and through an appropriate official or agent of the town designated by the Town Council, shall have the right and power to inspect and approve any work performed by a property owner or his, her or their agents pursuant to a stipulation and notice pursuant to §§ 96.035(C) and 96.037. The obligation of the property owner is not considered discharged until the work is found to comply with standards and specifications applicable under § 96.034(A)(4), and so approved.
