§ 96.032 LIABILITY OF PROPERTY OWNER TO MAINTAIN ABUTTING SIDEWALK.
   (A)   The owner of any real property is liable, at his or her expense, to maintain that portion of any public sidewalk abutting on or passing through his or her property in a good, safe and usable condition.
   (B)   This requirement includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
      (1)   Repairing any substantial cracks or holes in the pavement;
      (2)   Prompt removal of accumulations of snow, ice or mud which may pose a hazard to person using the sidewalk;
      (3)   Removal of sticks, branches or other debris or obstacles which render use of the sidewalk inconvenient or hazardous; and
      (4)   Remedying any areas of deep standing water making use of the sidewalk inconvenient.
