§ 96.017 NOTICE OF VIOLATION; ABATEMENT PROCEDURE.
   The Town Superintendent shall give all property owners or their agents in front of whose property there is erected any structure in violation of this chapter written notice to tear down and remove same within ten days of receipt of the notice.
