(A) Any service through gates past a set time, and Saturday funerals will have extra charge set forth by the Cemetery Board and or Town Council.
(1) Monday through Friday: all services must be through the gates before 2:00 p.m. or a late fee of $100 will apply.
(2) Saturday services: there will be an extra fee of $175 for Saturday morning services. Saturday services must be morning services, no afternoon services. All Saturday services must be through the gates by 12:00 (noon) or a late fee of $100 will apply.
(3) No burials will be conducted at the town cemetery or Memory Garden Cemetery on Sundays.
(B) Cremations must be buried not spread on the ground.
(C) Listed are current cemetery prices starting October 1, 2004.

(D) (1) No burials will be conducted at the town cemetery or Memory Garden Cemetery on the following holidays:
(a) New Years Day;
(b) Memorial Day;
(c) Labor Day;
(d) Veterans Day;
(e) Thanksgiving Day; or
(f) Christmas Day.
(2) Any burial requested on any of the above-mentioned dates, must have the prior approval of the Town Cemetery Board.
