§ 91.16 TRANSFER; COST.
   (A)   All lots are sold under restrictions and no transfer by conveyance or gift of any lot or any portion of a lot shall be of any validity without the consent of the Commission.
   (B)   All lots are sold for cash. Grave lots shall be $300 for town residents, and $350 for nonresidents.
