(A) The Memory Garden Cemetery Commission, in order to preserve and maintain uniformity, harmony and beauty, to provide for stability and against decay and deterioration, to safeguard the sanctity of each lot and grave against future inefficient care, the Commission reserves for itself, its successors and assigns, the right to make any and all rules, regulations, limitations and restrictions that it may deem necessary to protect and provide for the future welfare of Memory Garden Cemetery, a municipal cemetery of the town, all of which it binds itself to do.
(B) These rules and regulations are subject to change and revision without notice if experience necessitates a change should be made.
