§ 91.01 NO BURIALS ON CERTAIN HOLIDAYS.

   (A)   No burials will be conducted at the Rockville Cemetery or Memory Garden Cemetery on Sundays or on the following holidays:

      (1)   New Year’s Day;

      (2)   Memorial Day;

      (3)   Labor Day;

      (4)   Veteran’s Day;

      (5)   Thanksgiving Day; and

      (6)   Christmas Day.

   (B)   Any burials requested on any of the above mentioned dates, must have the prior approval of the Town Cemetery Board.
