(A) The following are designated as one-way streets:
Beadle Street | South, for vehicular traffic from the intersection of Elm Street to the intersection of York Street |
Elm Street | West, for vehicular traffic from the intersection of Michigan Street to the intersection of College Street |
Primrose Drive | Starting on the west entrance of said street and exiting to the east |
Shadeland Avenue

Southbound between the intersections of Howard Avenue and York Street

(B) This schedule shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval by the Town Council, upon the posting of signs pursuant to the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, and upon legal publication thereof.
(C) Anyone violating this schedule is guilty of a Class C infraction pursuant to I.C. 9-21-4-19, and as such, could be fined up to $500.
