(A) At the following described intersections, a driver approaching the intersection from any direction must stop before entering the intersection when signs are erected:
(1) York Street and Jefferson Street;
(2) York Street and Virginia Street;
(3) Gould Street and Dewey Street;
(4) Gould Street and Isabel Street;
(5) McCune Avenue and Isabel Street;
(6) College Street and West Ohio Street;
(7) Michigan Street and York Street;
(8) Parke Street and North Erie Street; and
(9) North Virginia Street and Indiana Street.
(B) The following intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1) On Oak Drive in the town at the T intersection of Oak Drive and Sycamore Street;
(2) The following intersection is designated as a “stop intersection” for northbound and southbound traffic: College Street at Elm Street;
(3) The intersection of Elm Street and Beadle Street; and, Elm Street and College Street are hereby designated as stop intersections for westbound traffic on Elm Street; and
(4) County Road 80 East at the intersection of Erie and High Streets, all in the town.
(C) All traffic is required to come to a complete stop before entering a “stop intersection”.
(D) Anyone violating this schedule is guilty of a Class C infraction pursuant to I.C. 9-21-4-19, and as such, could be fined up to $500.
