§ 72.04 HANDICAPPED PARKING.
   (A)    It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle which does not have displayed a handicapped person’s or disabled veteran’s placard, issued pursuant to I.C. 5-16-9, in a parking space reserved for handicapped person’s vehicle.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly park in a reserved handicapped parking space while displaying a placard to which neither he or she nor his or her passenger is entitled.
   (C)   PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSON means a person who has been issued a placard under I.C. 5-16-9 or a handicapped registration plate for a motor vehicle by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
   (D)   The reserved handicapped parking spaces shall be reserved by posting immediately adjacent to and visible from the spaces a sign bearing the official international wheelchair symbol.
