§ 70.08 VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORTS.
   (A)   This section is made pursuant to the corporate powers of the town, including I.C. 36-1-4-11 and I.C. 36-5-2-9.
   (B)   The Town Marshal, his or her lawful deputies or any town administrative employee shall charge a fee of $3 per copy for each vehicle accident report prepared by the town enforcement officers and said monies received by the town shall be deposited in a fund designated as “The Accident Report Fund”.
