§ 70.04 ANIMALS AND ANIMAL DRAWN VEHICLES; APPLICABILITY.
   Every person riding an animal or driving any animal drawing a vehicle upon a roadway shall be subject to the provisions of this title, applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions of this title which by their nature cannot have application.
