(A) For the purpose of this title, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALLEY. Any maintained thoroughfare designed and constructed primarily for the use of service, or from which entry is made to the rear entrance of the majority of adjoining residences or businesses.
MOTORCYCLE. Every motor vehicle having a saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding a tractor.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle or trailer designed and used as a travel trailer, camper, motor home, tent trailer, boat, boat trailers, snowmobiles, snowmobile trailers, camping trailers and for any similar purpose.
VEHICLE. Any device, including a bicycle, in or upon which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a street or highway, except any devices other than bicycles moved by human power.
(B) All other terms shall be construed to have the same meanings as defined therefor in I.C. 9-13-2.
