(A) Pursuant to the provisions of 705 ILCS 105/27.1(u), as amended by Pub. Act 84-1354, the Circuit Clerk is to be and hereby is authorized to collect an annual fee of $36 from persons making maintenance or child support payments.
(B) Such fees, when collected, shall be deposited in a separate Maintenance and Child Support Collection Fund, of which the Circuit Clerk shall be the custodian ex-officio to be used by the Clerk to further maintenance and child support collection efforts in his or her office.
(C) Such fees shall be separate from amounts ordered to be paid as maintenance or child support.
