§ 34.065 ADOPTIONS.

(2) Upon good cause shown, the court may waive the adoption filing fee in a special needs adoption. The term SPECIAL NEEDS ADOPTION shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the State Department of Children and Family Services.

(B) No fee other than that set forth in division (A) above shall be charged to any person in connection with an adoption proceeding.
