§ 34.042 GARNISHMENT; WAGE DEDUCTION; CITATION.
   (A)   In garnishment affidavit, wage deduction affidavit, and citation petition when the amount does not exceed $1,000, the fee shall be $15.
   (B)   When the amount exceeds $1,000 but does not exceed $5,000, the fee shall be $30.
   (C)   When the amount exceeds $5,000, the fee shall be $50.
