§ 34.040 CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT.
   (A)   In a confession of judgment when the amount does not exceed $1,500, the fee shall be $50.
   (B)   When the amount exceeds $1,500, but does not exceed $15,000, the fee shall be $115.
   (C)   When the amount exceeds $15,000, the fee shall be $115.
