For recordation of all real estate related documents, the fee shall increase from $65 per document to $74 per document. Such fees shall be distributed as follows:
(A) To the Rental Housing Support Program (RHSP) a total of $18 (increased from $9);
(B) To be evenly divided between the County General Revenue Fund and the Recorder’s Document Automation Fund a total of $1 (no change);
(C) To the GIS Fund a total of $11 (no change);
(D) To the Recorder’s Document Automation Fund a total of $14.90 (no change); and
(E) To the General Fund, Recorder’s Department a total of $29.10 (no change).
