(A) Members of the County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency who are paid employees or officers of the county, if called for training by the Director of the State Emergency Management Agency, shall receive for time spent in such training the same rate of pay as is incident to such employment or office. Members who are not county employees or officers shall receive for such training time such compensation as may be established by the County Board.
(B) Every person appointed to serve in any capacity in the County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency shall, before entering upon such duties, subscribe to the oath set forth in 20 ILCS 3305/20 of the Emergency Management Agency Act.
