§ 32.03 COORDINATOR.
   (A)   The Coordinator of the County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency shall be appointed by the Chairperson of the County Board with the consent of the County Board, and shall serve until removed by the same.
   (B)   The Coordinator shall have direct responsibility for the organization, administration, training, and operation of the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency, subject to the direction and control of the Chairperson of the County Board, as provided by 20 ILCS 3305/10(a).
   (C)   In the event of the absence, resignation, death, or inability to serve as the Coordinator, the Chairperson of the County Board or any person designated by him or her, shall be and act as the Coordinator until a new appointment is made as provided in this chapter.
