Pursuant to the provisions of
§
10(b) of the Emergency Management Agency Act, being 20 ILCS 3305/10(b), the County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency is hereby created, to prevent, minimize, repair, and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotages or other hostile action, or from any natural or human-made disaster, in accordance with the provisions of the Emergency Management Agency Act (20 ILCS 3305/5). The County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency shall consist of a Coordinator and such additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator.
