§ 152.254 REFERENCED STANDARDS.

Design standards for erosion and sediment control shall comply with the most current provisions of the USEPA regulations, IEPA regulations, IDOT erosion control/NPDES guidelines, and per the Illinois Urban Manual, prepared by the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, unless otherwise stated by this chapter.
