§ 152.231 STREET DETENTION.
   If streets are to be used as part of the minor or major drainage system, ponding depths shall follow the criteria below:
   (A)   Principal and minor arterials.
      (1)   Flow from a ten-year storm shall not inundate the center 20 feet of the pavement; and
      (2)   Flow from a 50-year storm shall be carried without damage to any building.
   (B)   Collector streets.
      (1)   Flow from a ten-year storm shall not inundate the center ten feet of the pavement; and
      (2)   Flow from a 50-year storm shall be carried without damage to any building.
   (C)   Local streets.
      (1)   Flow from a ten-year storm shall not top the curb; and
      (2)   Flow from a 50-year storm shall be carried without damage to any building.
