§ 152.221 DETENTION STORAGE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The design storage to be provided in the detention basin shall be based on the runoff from the runoff difference before and after development from the 100-year, 24-hour event.
   (B)   All detention basin storage shall be computed using hydrograph methods utilizing reservoir routing (also called modified pools or level pool) or equivalent method as described by this chapter.
