Design standards for detention basin design and construction shall comply with the provisions of the following, unless otherwise stated by this chapter:
(A) Illinois Urban Manual, latest edition;
(B) IDOT Standard Specifications, latest edition;
(C) IDOT Drainage Manual, latest edition;
(D) State Department of Natural Resources Dam Safety Regulations;
(E) Clean Water Act (discharges regulated by the United States EPA through NPDES permits);
(F) The county, or designees, standard details and specifications; and
(G) The county, or designees, subdivision, zoning, or floodplain ordinances.
